After graduating from McGill University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and a Diploma in Education, Giovanni Gaudelli began his career teaching high school English. His dynamic approach and enthusiasm boosted the students’ self-esteem and remarkably increased their learning abilities. Seeking new challenges, he then became a successful player in the financial services industry. For more than twenty-five years, including twelve years as a SFL – Desjardins Financial Security franchise owner, he recruited, trained, coached and inspired employees and salespeople to develop their full potential and attain superior results.
